Optimum Visibility Package 

There are only 5 Optimum Visibility Packages available for purchase, each at a cost of $8,800 with upgrade options. Make the most of your investment at HealthAchieve by choosing a package that allows you to exhibit, sponsor and advertise and expand your reach. Items included in the Optimum Visibility Packages are as follows:

  • One 10’x10’ exhibit space with one corner exposure on exhibit floor
  • One Quarter page advertisement in HealthAchieve Program
  • Co-Sponsorship (at the Gold Level) of one general educational session  at HealthAchieve, subject to availability
  • One complimentary lead retrieval unit for exhibit space
  • Branded promotional item (no paper) to be included in all delegate tote bags (item to be supplied by sponsoring company - 3000 pieces required)
  • Sponsorship acknowledgement given in HealthAchieve Program Highlights and/ or Program– sponsor logo to be listed along with session/event listing as well as with the special listing of all sponsors
  • HealthAchieve website – sponsor logo will be listed along with the sponsored events as well as on sponsor listing page with a 50-word statement and a link back to your company website
  • On site signage – 1 metre sign with sponsor logos to be displayed in main lobby
  • Company logo will be displayed on projected screens in the session room
  • Verbal acknowledgement and thanks will be made by the presiding chair of the event/session thanking your company for sponsoring
  • Four complimentary three-day delegate registrations including lunch tickets with sponsor ribbons
  • Five complimentary exhibit booth personnel registrations (with access to educational sessions)
  • Ten complimentary exhibit floor guest passes*
  • Complimentary mailing list of pre-registered delegates for your pre-show promotion. Due to the Privacy Act (PIPEDA) only delegates who agreed to release their contact information will be included.
  • Right to use the Conference name and logo for promotional purposes (please request logo from Show Management)
  • Sponsor listings on HealthAchieve website will remain posted on line for an entire year following the event
