​How and when do I register?

You can register anytime up until the start of the show in November. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and cheques made payable to HealthAchieve 2017. ​​

How much does it cost to attend?

Is there a "group" discount for registering multiple delegates at the same time from one organization?

There is no group discount for delegates who register as a group.

What are the registration deadlines?

Early bird registration rates end Friday, September 15, 2017. After September 15, regular rates will apply.

Are there any promotional offerings for registration?

If you’re a member of the OHA Benefit Plan, you can attend HealthAchieve free of charge in Toronto and Thunder Bay until September 15, 2017 using promotional code OHABenefit17.

Can I obtain a letter of invitation from HealthAchieve for my VISA application?

HealthAchieve does not participate in the VISA application process, we do not issue letters of invitation. 

When will I receive my name badge?

Name badges for the show will not be mailed. Once your registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a barcode. It is very important to bring this confirmation email with you at the show. If do not have one or have lost your confirmation, please email info@healthachieve.com.

Please bring this confirmation barcode with you at the show, so that you can quickly receive your badge at the "Express Registration" area, located in the main lobby at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in the South Building.

What is included in my registration pass?

In a two-day registration, a lunch ticket for Monday and Tuesday is included. For a daily pass, example, Monday or Tuesday pass, one lunch ticket for the respective day is included. For all student passes and exhibit floor passes only, lunch tickets are not included and can be purchased online or on-site at the show. Tickets for the Feature Breakfast and the CCHL Luncheon on Monday and Tuesday are not included in any of the registration packages, and can be purchased online or on-site at the show.

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no refunds will be processed; however we do encourage substitutions and will gladly process the transfer of registration, without any processing fee. Please send all requests to info@healthachieve.com.

*Applicable to OHA Benefit Plan Members: Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice, will require a cancellation fee of $40 + HST. Invoice to follow after the event.

I can no longer attend, can I send a substitute?

Yes we welcome substitutions. Please send your replacements via email at info@healthachieve.com.

What do I do if I lose my registration confirmation email?

Please email info@healthachieve.com to receive a copy via email. On-site, if you do not have a registration confirmation, please note you will be required to present a valid ID with photo at the Registration Desk prior to receiving your badge.

How do I convince my employer that attending HealthAchieve is a good investment?

We understand that attending HealthAchieve requires not only a financial investment but also an investment in time to spend at the event during which you will not be at work. Attending HealthAchieve is a true investment in yourself and from an organizational perspective, an investment in your team. To help you justify attendance to the event, try submitting a letter to your employer with some key reasons why you feel you need to attend the health care industry's must-attend event. I need to book a hotel room. Any recommendations or special room rates?

HealthAchieve Show Management has negotiated special hotel rates for delegates and exhibitors attending the show. This year, HealthAchieve has partnered with onPeak, our official housing provider. To book a room, click here. HealthAchieve does not use any other third-party suppliers to assist with the hotel bookings. Should you receive a call from a third-party supplier, DO NOT give your information and please contact info@healthachieve.com.

I need to make travel arrangements? Any recommendations or travel incentives?

HealthAchieve Show Management has negotiated special rates with various travel providers for delegates and exhibitors attending the show. When making reservations, please be sure to inform the Reservations Staff that you will be attending HealthAchieve 2016, and mention the travel codes specified in order to qualify for the special rates. While in Toronto, what can I do?

What is the dress code for the event?

The dress attire is business casual, however many participants also wear business suits and other business attire. Slacks, casual dresses and comfortable shoes are encouraged especially on the exhibit floor. A sweater or jacket is also recommended – many rooms may be cool.
